The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the model, permit requirements and weather conditions. Rheault Construction carefully monitors the schedule and keeps you informed at every stage, with photos to document the progress.
Can the selected home model be customized?
Yes. With more than 14 models available, our selection centre allows you to choose your materials, finishes and features. Our team guides you through every decision.
Do you help obtain permits and approvals?
Our team handles the documentation, coordinates with local authorities and ensures that your project complies with all current regulations in Lanaudière.
Which cities do you build in?
Our only active development is currently the Boisé de la Seigneurie in Mascouche. We build throughout Lanaudière and on Montréal’s North Shore.
What are your environmental commitments?
